As announced by the Company on 18 August 2025, the Board had on 3 March 2025 announced the change of FYE from 31 March to 30 June. Subsequently, the Board had on 18 August 2025 approved the change of FYE from 30 June to 30 September. The next set of audited financial statements shall be made up from 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2025, covering a period of 18 months and subsequently the financial year shall end on 30 September. The change of FYE is to provide additional time for the Company to restructure its financial position. Please refer to previous year's corresponding period quarterly report as reference. |
