KUALA LUMPUR: Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd’s group managing director and group chief executive officer Datuk Mohd Abdul Karim Abdullah raised his stake in the global integrated engineering solutions provider.

A filing with Bursa Malaysia on Wednesday showed he acquired 10 million shares on June 5, reflecting his strong confidence in the company.

Following the recent acquisition, his direct stake increased to 725.50 million shares or 21.51%.

Serba Dinamik shares closed at RM1.74 on June 5.
