Depends on the NTA, existing business - expected revenue and profits..

if sell off everything for cash, main purpose to return money to shareholders or re-invest ? if re-invest, what business they wil be in ?

sold non core biz asset inclusive plantation in order to expand core biz in IT & energy. johor 2k plus hectares plantation alone is nearly 130mil. east msia got balance 6k plus hectares..
