This company got a store on Lazada call 'APACHE Official Store' is damn bad.
Received faulty unit from them and requested me to physically send back the faulty unit to their company in sungai buloh. then i only found out it is under 'ENGTEX GROUP'.
are u crazy a listed company can be so bad???
The attitude of the customer service is really 3rd world country.
