现在eps 才0.019 如果issue new share 45mil eps会被dilute很多，pe就更高， 股价应该要调整下来。
Revenue现在amount of share是394,811,852 issue new share 45mil 代表11.4%. 股价至少要掉11.4%才出现价值

有现金是一点。另一方面，资金也是拿来做更多的生意啊……减低负债利息支出。这样也是可以提高eps啊。所以未必就会稀释掉股权eps！
