the company continues to pay attractive div and can stay with it as long as the div payout continues. imo - you can locked in some profit instead of selling everything. :) zero cost averaging and it helps to (1) provides cash flow to you (2) lower your avg cost per share (3) continues to keep Bauto in your div stocks bucket/portfolio. just my opinion and hope it helps.
