所以Revenue & net property income包含了延迟收取一半的租金,而distributable income不包括,所以distributable income per unit下滑的幅度比revenue & Net property income大。若加上这延迟收取的收益,这季度的distributable income per unit高达2.2cent(RM)per unit。
