Lol its just a MOU . To trap people at high price . They are not even signing any contract yet. Eventually it still MOU.
They want to fake u all with MOU so that company looks like promising and like good prospect huge business ahead

MOU is MOU at the end of the day.. but bear in mind Huawei is not ordinary Chinese company i.e. Ah Tan Ltd, Ah Wong Ltd, Ah Chan Ltd.. it's bloody HUAWEI! I don't believe they would just sign MOU with a company without considering their background and whether it would be beneficial to them..
