If OPR drop again to 1.5%, will it adversely affect MBSB? MBSB is not full fledged bank yet as far as I know.

如果沒讀錯上個qr報告 opr降低是對mbsb有利的 因為這降低了cost of borrowing 加上mbsb提供的貸款是fixed rate的 在這長期低息的經濟下是對mbsb衝擊不大 現在只怕貸款者沒能力償還貸款而已
