Mr Eric, please read again the MOU. Ucrest didnt involved in sales between RDIF & country agents. 3 factories will sold to Ucrest, & Ucrest sold to RDIF. RDIF will in charges to sold to country likes india, s. korea,malaysia etc. FYI Malaysia agents is duapharma. No sales between duapharma n ucrest. so no mentioned abt Ucrest. Understand ?
