due to opr cut for two times, supposed most of reit counters should be benefited and increase 5-15%.
However, due to conoravirus-19, most REIT are affected. Only Axreit affected lesser compared to other REIT, hence Axreit stand out and increase the most.
Else, the price should be in between 1.00-1.85.
