Hi Peter Foo, please take note of 2 methods of conversion available.
1st method: 1 Fintec-PA (although around 2.5sen) of subscription value of 8sen plus 3 sen=11sen.
If the morther shares higher than Fintec-PA by 3 sen, this method of conversion feasible.

2nd method: 11 Fintec-PA convert to 8 mother shares. If Fintec-PA at low value and mother at around 1sen higher but not more than 3sen; this method wil be feasible.
Yesterday gain more than 60%!! No waiting?

Blee, u r absolutely right... Mathematically, the break even premium is a mere 0.75 sen
