there are other bidders for the assets in Miami and potentially can enter S&P with other interested parties. bear in mind before this asset disposal news in April, GenM was trading around 2.5++. it s an oversold situation now.
if you read the announcement clearly, it just stated that GenM declined the exclusive period extension. meaning other bidders can make offer to GenM from now on instead of being tied down with the initial purchaser who failed to complete the purchase and asked for exclusive extension.
logically, if I want to sell, and the buyer wanna buy, and the price is good, of course I don't mind to wait another 2-3 months for such transaction. instead, GenM declined the request. the golden question now is whether genm has another better offer in the card? else why declined such a good purchase price?
Hahaha either we or kenanga are stipud if the land can fetch higher the Purchaser definitely will comply with all terms and conditions unless… is not a good deal
Genm don't let purchaser changes agreement again .. Becoz previously already change once.. They actually already sign the S&P..
Maybe will forfeit their 10%
