Scientex Bhd's subsidiary, Scientex Heights Sdn Bhd, is set to acquire 24 parcels of freehold land in Muar, Johor, from Guan Hong Plantation Private Ltd for RM200 million. The lands, spanning 442.7566 hectares, will be developed into a mixed-property project, with funding from internal funds and bank borrowings. This move aligns with Scientex's strategy to capitalize on rising property prices and demand for affordable homes in Johor, aiming to boost economic value and earnings potential.
