broad selling in all sectors, only banks did well.. likely due to foreign selling. at return above 7% no need to panic so fast.. as long as DY high.. you still got time. price is just a number unless you day trade

@KH if you talk about dividend rate, you better look at Sentral REIT, which gives 3.1 cents half yearly and share price around 80 cents, compare with YTL Hos REIT, which gives 2.9 cents and share price at RM1.10. Just my comment only, not recommend any sell or buy.
