Local private equity firm Censuria and Gplex Properties have announced a partnership aimed at promoting innovation in real estate securitization, bringing new vitality to Malaysia's property market.

Gplex Properties is a joint venture between Tanco Group (TANCO, 2429, Main Market Property Stock) and Googolplex Group.
