Like many big old Japanese companies, the majority are yes-men who blindly praise the naked emperor fashion taste. Every old company has parasites, but the fundamental is stable enough to feed them. As long as they can deliver, or just push the stock price up, everyone happy, but now all disappointed. Don't know what's next, haven't see any result since covid.
Like all big old company, they can only make enough to support the parasites. And these parasites prevented a better young parasite from replacing them. Therefore, they will only can maintain or deliver lower profit. This is a must so to not step on another older parasites foot. Like Titanic, no one want to question the captain decision until it is too late. This happen in 90% of the business entities.
