建筑股看订单没错，Matrix这轮的财报营收少利润没那么可怕，而且销售也很强，如果是营收涨利润跌才需要担心，成本上涨才是最恐怖的猛兽。

公司给的递延盈利，会在下个季度补回来的说法是成立的。因为Budget 2025在2024年10月公布，公布了2025年1月1日后的房屋买卖合同的贷款利息才可以扣个人所得税，所以正碰上这个季度的时间点。

正碰上市场大回调，可以看看有没有机会收更多这种一年派4次股息且盈利稳定的公司的股票。
