Apart from the recently announced MOU with Oriental Holdings Berhad to develop a mixed development project worth RM 7 billion GDV.

Now we are all waiting for the 1st QR result to come out, which should be by this week.

Yea, no high expectations for 1st QR, because quite a number of projected delayed last year.

I think need to wait at least until 3rd QR or 4th QR to see stronger performance.

Overall there is nothing much to worry for this Company. It is quite well managed and they have secured quite a number of big projects that will benefit over long term period.

No expectations of upward trend until some of the recently announced big project go beyond MOU or LOI stage.

For now price will maybe play around 0.475 - 0.515

Hopefully MOU with Oriental can materialize within the 3 months MOU
