Litigation Case for Strike Off, postponed to 23 Jan 2026.

No news yet on the outcome of the court case on 21st November 2025. Will see later if they will mention it in 3QR result. Should be out by today.

With regards to the Kwasa Development, I think should be able to get majority approval, because it is too big of an opportunity given by EPF to let go. It is going to costs the Company, about RM 1.216 billion in development right costs, but at least it is payable over 10 years, and the land area is consider a prime land area. It will be foolish for shareholders not to approve it.

Can't say for sure yet, but RHB being the principal banker for LBS seems positive to assist in the funding.

For now eat porridge. Later we eat char siu, if project line up goes well.

Tomorrow will see if shareholders will approve or reject the Kwasa Development project.

I guess no QR today. Should be tomorrow then, same day as Extraordinary Meeting.

Share market very unpredictable and volatile since last year until now.

Hard to say what stock will go up and what will go down.

I am a long time investor in LBS

What I can say is that, LBS is a long term investment portfolio with good fundamentals, prospects & dividend yield. If you don't have the stomach to hold long term, then best you go somewhere else. This counter is not a get rich fast counter.

3QR result will be out soon within the week. If you still insist on investing in LBS, then I suggest you wait for QR result, read it and make your decision from there.

The QR should be steady earnings since MGB also has steady earnings. Won't be expecting anything extraordinary in terms of performance.

lol...until today there is no final decision yet from Federal. It is good LBS dropped out from this LRT/ART Johor Project, and decide to move on to better prospects.

Can forsee a lot of problems whoever gets this project.
