What Happens to the Warrant Itself? Then after expiry date
· It Becomes Worthless: The warrant will have no intrinsic or time value after expiration. Its price will effectively drop to zero.
· Delisting from Exchange: If the warrant was traded on a stock exchange, it will be delisted and suspended from trading shortly after the expiration date.
· No Action by the Holder: The warrant holder does not need to "do" anything. The warrant simply becomes a piece of paper (or digital entry) with no value. Any attempt to submit an exercise notice to the broker or issuer will be rejected.
Notably the company is on the right tracks to exit PN17 status no doubt ..... buying time strategy
On going application filed by the Company and six (6) of its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Applicants”) for an order by the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur for a
i. compromise or arrangement with the Applicants’ creditors for the purpose of formulating and proposing
