wait for Friday and see how much is the allocation for NSS. The NSS involves three phases, with targets that include a total
investment of RM500 billion by 2030, developing local semiconductor related companies to be global champions - this was the aspiration when it was launched and time for actions (development expenditure allocation for NSS) to meet the goal of advancing towards high-end manufacturing, semiconductor/IC design, enhanced OSAT, advanced packaging, and sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
development expenditure spending by government/investment arms will have great impact to the industry :) If you look at historical budget allocation for development expenditure, transportation is taking up the biggest chunk ~20% while trade and industry ~3%. NSS aspiration is noble and visionary but it has to be followed up with actions aka investments.
I agreed that its not bad. well, unless the expectation is to keep moving up in a straight line. it rebounded from the low of 12 cents and quite a few eyeing to drop off near 0.20. I think its not bad at all as many got to pocket in decent gains :)
good or bad it depends on the individual perspective. some ppl see price drop is a bad sign, but some other ppl see that is normal. a healthy stock doesn't move in a straight line. it is called "goreng stock" usually moving in straight line. I trust this stock till now. And planning to add more my holding.
