My mistake for assuming the party concerned must be the Lambo sharks as Morgan Stanley is a proxy, and the account holders are kept confidential! If the HK shark uses the same bank, the notice will be from Morgan Stanley as well:)
However, the HK shark is still very tricky in concealing the rest of the transactions. The Lambo sharks' Focus mothers before Dec 1 are 365,249,326 shares (5.732%). When 129,018,326 shares were transferred on Dec 1, the Lambo sharks were no longer the substantial owner (<5%), and hence the transferring of the remaining shares (365,249,326 - 129,018,326) needed no notice! If so, why the secrecy? The new owner, via Morgan Stanley, has the same 365,249,326 shares (5.732%) on Dec 2!
Regardless, the HK shark was unlikely to get the 0.5¢ mothers. So, my 0.5¢ mothers not only beat the Lambo sharks (average cost at least 8¢), but also the HK shark, haha:) My dancing-with-the-shark strategy works better as I need not "goreng" anything!
