yes, can sell on 13. entitlement date is when they check the records to see who the shareholders were on the ex date of 12 dec.

vayne kam.....上一次买亚航股票的时候刚好是除息日（ex-date），但是那天买是没有股息的，同样的，如果在除息日当天卖出去也是有股息可以拿的，时间写5pm，那可忽略，不用管他的。。。
