Only heavy weighted index stocks and banking counters are well supported by local Institutional Funds as FFs have been selling continuously. Otherwise, just imagine the KLCI level. Also, the emergence of new Substantial Shareholders (excluding founders) in small/medium sized PLCs. Where are their funds from ? Funded by borrowings in tens and hundreds of millions ?
