IOIPG 比较慢。但是现在投资 IOIPG 比较安全。特朗普的总统任期带来了很多不确定性。此外，外资纷纷来开店、开厂，与本土企业竞争。IOIPG 受益于这种竞争。例如，酒店、建工厂、商场的入住率都很高。
