CLMT：约85%为固定利率，15%为浮动利率。
PAVREIT：约43%为固定利率，57%为浮动利率。
ATRIUM：100%为浮动利率，无固定利率部分。
难怪clmt没什么动静要看接下来管理层如何优化贷款费用了

考虑到借款结构的差异，ATRIUM似乎最有可能从马来西亚隔夜利率下调中受益最多，因为其所有债务成本都会降低。

其实扣10%而已是我们赚到其他公司24%只是扣了先
没记错的话产业信托只要把盈利的80%或以上分出来就不会中tax 。到我们手上才要给10%而已不划算？
降息了这两个季度业绩应该不会差
