The tender value in early 2025 was 5B, after 9 months , still have 4.5B , that means either the previous tender not finalized yet or new opportunities arises , and I believe is new opportunities rather than pending for decision , that also means the chance of getting new business is high since their competitors also have high order book on hand and may cause demand higher than supply scenario which will benefit all the construction companies ..
