PE 高除了overbought还有另外一个可能就是大家觉得这只股的价钱还是低于它该有的价值，所以才会有那么多人买。我本身是很看好ctos 的前景:)

If you really study well the Ctos company you will know that their business is not only for issuing CCRIS. On the other hand, BNM temporary suspension for issuing CCRIS for all private company is due to security issue, they want to enhance the security system and reboot before remove the suspension. This is just a process to protect all users, BNM didn't suspend only CTOS for CCRISS and due to its security issue such as data leaking etc. Get panic and sell out is not for value investor.

PE=Price to Earning ratio, 高有两种可能性，1）Overbought, 2)投资者看到未来发展空间很多，所以觉得现在的价钱还可以买
