Agreed, me too. I did rather it to use the disposal proceed to repay high interest loan to lower down gearing.

不妨也試看Axreit，現在他在比較優惠的價格。。。（我本身kipreit和axreit都有，只是kipreit價錢太高暫時不加碼）
