The fact that all these element exist decide the price today. I'll say it's not cheap, but just fair price.

I think we shouldn't exclude the one off and forex losses in assessing the intrinsic value. The capability of the management in hedging the loss, offloading the costs to their customer, it's part of the management performance. If exclude everything, then we should exclude the existence of the weak management and useless blood-absorb substantial owner (muhibbah).

The money u can confirm to get back is 5sen(dividend declared) + 9.833sen to be payout in 2025. There is no news about what will happen after the payout.

If u want to bet for future, any price can in, because this counter no future prospect yet. The boss said edy, due to uncertainty and covid, UK and Aus venture is loss making. They complete the project, get back money and payback to shareholder now. So in future if they found any prospect, may require shareholder to inject new capital. But so far no news about any future prospect.

Capital reduction, last time ipo investor paid more than RM1 I think, so that RM1 now reduced to dono 50sen or so

如果你很多钱可以放进来34仙然后明年拿出9.833仙。但是公司未来会不会赚钱，那就要等很久很久了。因为ewint就是ecowld在英国和澳洲的子公司，它们是跟外国公司联营建筑项目。疫情期间英国和澳洲都出现亏损，而英国最严重，因为还要面领脱欧后的经济问题以及换了几个首相后大选换了新政府。目前来讲只有澳洲可能开始盈利。所以一切的一切都是等待复苏和转型。因为情况太不乐观，于是老板决定将资金（上市时筹集的）退给股东，先前就已经退了40多仙了，这次再退完应该没多少资金了。
如果公司未来发现新的项目，很可能又要重新集资来投入，那新资金可能会要新股，老股东肯定亏。
所以我个人是不建议拿钱进来烧。

the recent dividend is due to capital reduction, which is payback of share holder's fund, not derived from the profit/ business operation.
Confirmed thing is 500m to payback for 24 and 25, which 144m paid, 6sen per share. Another 5sen proposed in qr.
We have no idea what the company going to do after this.
If u are to buy this share for capital gain, just forget about it.
