你应该这样想，我们在交易着的股量其实就是 95%。而LkT 目前持有的股就是这95% 的 73%。这样整个logic 就完善了。trading 那么重要的 law 不可能会有漏洞

大家注意，刚刚查到了，总股量是要先扣掉treasury share 的5%。acquisition 是based on 扣掉 treasury share 5%之后的balance。所以 market float 有27%。 LKT 不能继续交易 genM。GenM 会恢复正常交易。所以不需要panic

Im not sure, if the price went below 2.35. Im pretty sure the privatised will not fail as this is contradicting the ability of Genting to take over at 2.35 for each share..
