（吉隆坡23日讯）宜鼎系统（AT Systematization Bhd）今日与Kenteam私人有限公司（简称KSB）签约，将制造与供应丁腈手套。

宜鼎系统指出，独资子公司AT Glove Engineering私人有限公司将在12个月内提供3000万盒丁腈手套，并分配10条生产线给KSB。

过去几年，KSB主要从事丁腈手套的销售和出口业务，销往美国、加拿大、欧洲、日本等国家。

同时，宜鼎系统也同意向KSB提供KSB品牌KENTeam的代工生产（OEM）服务。

对于签约，宜鼎系统表示，这不仅将能够通过产品促销和营销向客户扩展产品范围，还能够将客户群扩展到美国、加拿大、欧洲、日本以及KSB踏足的其他国家。

“在任何无可预见的情况下，执行谅解备忘录（MoU）有望为宜鼎系统的未来收益作出积极贡献。”

截至早盘休市，宜鼎系统持平于15.5仙，市值为6亿5551万令吉。
