Normally the Exercise Price of the warrant will only be determined on the ex-date based on the closing price of the mother, but here it's already determined, RM1.50.

For illustration purpose, let say as at the entitlement date the share price close at RM3. RM3 will be divided by 6 (1:5) = RM0.50.
The share price will be adjusted to RM2.50 (3.00-0.50) accordingly.
This difference of RM0.50 will determine the price of the warrant on the Ex-date.
