NTA 不是 94c 吗? NTA 是净有型资产，像土地，机器 ， 建筑 ，stock 。。如果公司的contract多到可以把机器，stock 翻两三倍的使用， Market 就会给他更高的股值。eg 像Gamuda 也是。。
