好消息！公司终于派息啦！公司能派息，说明盈利能力强，财务健康，现金流充足！

公司的利润有所减少，原因是公司也发放了 ESOS! 当公司向员工授予股票期权时，必须在损益表中确认一笔薪酬费用，因而影响公司的净利润!

看来这家公司还有很多惊喜还没公布哦！

交通部长陆兆福于2025年1月18日为Ramssol集团开发的二手摩托车线上交易平台Rider Gate主持推介仪式。

他表示，将与陆路交通局（JPJ）探讨该平台与JPJ的mySIKAP系统连接的可能性，以便简化二手摩托车交易的所有权转移流程。

目前，所有权转移需亲自前往JPJ办理，若能实现线上处理，将为用户提供更大便利。陆兆福强调，政府欢迎此类技术应用，希望通过与私人企业的合作，减少二手摩托车交易中的诈骗案件，提升用户对市场的信心，促进更安全、高效的交易环境。
