cheng, my opinion profit for sure profit use to pay interest of bond, boss salary, all these is cost, then the remaining is shareholders. if issue large volume of bond, the interest amount will be huge, that there will be lesser for shareholders. to expend, the shareholders will be sacrificed cause they cannot support the expansion by providing any funds
