KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 10): Effective Nov 1, 2025, excise duties on tobacco products will increase by two sen per cigarette stick, RM40/kg for cigars/cheroots/cigarillos, and RM20/kg for the tobacco in heated tobacco products.
Also effective Nov 1, excise duties on alcoholic beverages will be increased by 10%.
