NTA is only 0.11. The receivables and inventories are so high. Bank borrowings are high as well vis-a-vis its small profit. Just look at contractors on Bursa Malaysia most of them in losses past 4 quarters, what makes you think property developers will do well??!? High inventories and receivables are red flag ady.

receivables are increasing past years. raise more than 500m sukuk but doesnt translate into revenue. where did the money go?
