If the offer isn't extended it's doomed for sure. Genting Bhd is happy with 65% or more to consolidate account. That could be its unspoken objective.

It would turn into a conditional offer if Genting Bhd started buying until 50% + 1 share. To buy until 75 or 90% to delist it isn't easy. If it's successful to privatize it Genting needs borrowing of 6 billion+.
