投行终于使用了合理的估值手法，我一路来就看不明白算PE有什么用但是以前这里的仙家每个都是算PE高手。无奈，PE到底怎么用，什么时候无法用，他们不懂。

这种是最理性的股价 估计未来cashflow来预测dividend, 但股票市场不理性 uptrend 时会高于Dcf 估值, downtrend 会跌破。

市场还是比较在意短期差价。
