This CFO issue is a very good thing to happen.
Bcoz it only involves non-compliance issue. Not FRAUD or CBT.

It also serves a very good wake up call to the top management not to take things for granted.

Now that they can alter or fine-tune their internal guidelines/SOP/method to have better check&balance to avoid bigger scandal in the future.
