haha not yet. I think the local funds will pump it past 4.00. look at their buy recommendations and more advertising on news. seems like "someone" bought large chunks and havent profit from it enuf yet

see ppl like KC chiok and the likes. run fast fast. owais tell ppl to buy highs n ownself sell high to others. when low low or at fundamental value they keep quiet wont ask u to buy.
