Someone need to own more than 75% share to delist the Co. During recession the wealthy ones will not buy up the shares. They will keep their "war chest" supplies during winter while waiting for spring to arrive.

If company have 2 shareholder... U have 50% I have 50%...whatever loss... U suffer half and I suffer half. If I buy over your half for 25% of original price... All future loss I have to bear 100%. You at least recover 25% of past investment.
